Social login provides your customers with a quick and convenient way to create accounts and sign in to your mobile app. This guide will walk you through setting up and configuring different login methods for your Taptool mobile app.

Implementing social login in your mobile app offers numerous benefits:

  • Improved User Experience: Users can sign up or log in with just a few taps, without having to create and remember another password
  • Higher Conversion Rates: Simplified registration leads to more completed sign-ups
  • Enhanced Security: Social login providers like Apple and Google implement strong security practices

Available Login Methods in Taptool​

Taptool currently supports the following authentication methods:

1. Email + Password​

The traditional login method where users create an account with their email address and a password.

  • Familiar to most users
  • Requires password management

2. Sign-in with Apple​

Allows users to sign in using their Apple ID.

  • Required for iOS apps with social login
  • Enhanced privacy features

3. Sign-in with Google (Coming Soon)​

We're currently working on integrating Google Sign-in, which will be available in an upcoming update.

  • Will support seamless integration with Android devices
  • Expected to be available soon
