Dashboard Access Issues

I can't log in to my dashboard

Possible causes:

  • Incorrect email or password
  • Account not verified
  • Temporary system outage

Solutions:

  1. Double-check your email address and password
  2. Try the "Forgot Password" option to reset your credentials
  3. Check your email for verification messages (look in spam/junk folders)
  4. Try accessing from a different browser or clearing your cache

Dashboard loads slowly or crashes

Possible causes:

  • Browser cache issues
  • Internet connection problems
  • Large data volume

Solutions:

  1. Clear your browser cache and cookies
  2. Use a supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge - latest versions)
  3. Check your internet connection

App Configuration Issues

Changes to my app aren't appearing

Possible causes:

  • Cache not cleared
  • Changes not published
  • Synchronization delay

Solutions:

  1. Make sure you've saved your changes and published them
  2. Force refresh the app preview (Ctrl+F5 or Cmd+Shift+R)
  3. Wait a few minutes for changes to propagate
  4. Check if you're viewing the correct app version

Product data is missing or incorrect

  • Sync issues with Shopify

Solutions:

  1. Go to Settings > Store Connection and click "Resync Products"

Discount codes not applying

Solutions:

  1. Verify the discount code is active in Shopify

  5. Consider upgrading your plan if you have a large catalog

Common Error Messages

"Authentication Failed"

  • Verify your login credentials
  • Reset your password
  • Check if your account has been suspended

"Failed to fetch"

  • Check your internet connection
  • Verify API endpoints are accessible
  • Look for CORS issues in developer console

"Resource not found"

  • Ensure the requested resource exists
