What to Include in Your Support Request

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

  1. Your account information:

    • Store URL
    • Account email
    • App name (if applicable)
  2. Problem details:

    • Clear description of the issue
    • Steps to reproduce the problem
    • When the issue started
    • Any error messages you've received
  3. Supporting information:

    • Screenshots or screen recordings
    • Browser/device information
    • Recent changes made to your app

Priority Support

Priority support is available for Enterprise plan customers. If you're on an Enterprise plan, your support tickets are automatically prioritized, and you'll receive expedited responses.

Scheduled Consultations

If you need in-depth assistance or training, you can schedule a consultation with a Taptool specialist:

  1. Log in to your dashboard
  2. Go to Support > Schedule Consultation
  3. Select a date and time that works for you
  4. Provide details about what you'd like to discuss

Consultations are available for all paid plans and are conducted via video call.

Feature Requests

Submit feature requests through the "Feature Requests" tab in your dashboard or email them to contact@taptool.co.

Our support team is available during the following hours:

  • Live chat & phone: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm Eastern Time (excluding holidays)
  • Email & community: Monitored 24/7, responses during business hours

Emergency Support

For critical issues that affect core functionality (such as app crashes or checkout failures):

  1. Email contact@taptool.co with "URGENT" in the subject line
  2. Provide detailed information about the critical issue
  3. Include your contact phone number

Our on-call team will respond as soon as possible, even outside regular business hours.
