- Reduce Cart Abandonment: Remind customers about items left in their cart
- Build Relationships: Share relevant content and updates with your customers

Creating a Campaign
To create a new push notification campaign, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Campaigns section in your dashboard
- Fill out the campaign form with the following details:

- Image: Optionally, provide a URL to an image that will be displayed with the notification
- Type: Choose the campaign type that determines if and where users will be directed when they tap on the notification.
Campaign Types
After filling out the basic information, you need to select a campaign type:
1. Basic (Opens the app)
This type of campaign simply opens your app when the user taps on the notification.
- Best for general announcements
- No additional configuration required
2. Product (Opens page with product details)
This type directs users to a specific product page when they tap on the notification.
- You must select the specific product you want to highlight
- Use the "Change Product" button to select a different product
- Great for promoting new arrivals or sales on specific items
3. Collection (Opens collection page)
This type directs users to a specific collection page when they tap on the notification.
- You must select the collection you want to feature
- Use the "Change Collection" button to select a different collection
- Ideal for showcasing themed product groups or seasonal offerings
Sending the Campaign
Once you've filled out all the required information and selected your campaign type:
- Review all the details to ensure everything is correct
- Click the "Send" button to deliver the notification to your users
- The push notification will be sent immediately to all eligible app users
Viewing Recent Campaigns
After sending campaigns, you can view a history of your recent campaigns.
The recent campaigns view shows:
- Campaign title and message
- The image used (if any)
- Campaign type (Basic, Product, or Collection)
- Date and time the campaign was sent
This history helps you track which campaigns you've sent and when, allowing you to better plan your notification strategy.
Best Practices for Push Notifications
To maximize the effectiveness of your campaigns:
- Be Concise: Keep titles and messages short and to the point
- Provide Value: Make sure your notifications offer something useful to the user
- Use Visuals: Include images when relevant to increase engagement
- Time Appropriately: Consider your users' time zones and send at optimal times
- Don't Over-Notify: Limit the frequency of push notifications to avoid fatigue
- Personalize When Possible: Target specific user segments for better results
